Welcome to The Theology Program certificate students site. The Theology Program is like discipleship on steroids!

Here you will find all that you need for the semester. Each course has its own dedicated site listed on the right.

We are very serious about your theological education and want to make everything as clear as possible. Students, please bookmark your course site (not this page) and subscribe to the feed (if you are into that!).

Have fun and let us know what we can do for you.

If you have not enrolled yet, you can do so above.

Feel free to use this comments area to ask any questions. Remember, this site is a work in progress. Any feedback would be great.

How does this site differ from the Euangelion site then? Is this just for actual class discussions or for presently registered students or something? - Just trying to figure out what’s where amongst the 3 blogs.

    thanks,

    -steve

Steve, this is not really a blog (even though we use wordpress). Each classroom has a separte site. We are just trying to combine what we were doing on the main site, the student site, and the forums into one place. It should be much less confusing as all you have to do is bookmark your single course site and do all you work (watching the videos, posting discussion questions, keeping up with other students, downloading quizes, getting the latest news, and posting case studies).

    Hope that makes sense.

    Greetings from Charlotte NC!

This is totally cool, I’m looking forward to how this is all going to play together for His glory!!!

ALL of you at RMM deserve a huge hug for all you do to make this happen.

See ya on PalTalk on Tuesday from a hotel in Las Vegas, providing my internet connection is good enough… LaQuinta’s are iffy at best.

Do I need a separate Wordpress login from the 2 I already have for the P&P blog and Euangelion?

    Thanks,
    Bill

  6. #6 admin says:

Bill, no. You don’t even have to login here to post. I just have to approve the comments.

  7. #7 Scott Gandee says:

I’m not sure I will be able to attend many, if any, of the Paltalk sessions because I work evenings. Can I fulfill my community time solely by posting in the forum?

    Thanks,
    Scott

  8. #8 admin says:

Scott, you can fulfill all of your time here. I am sorry to hear you won’t be able to attend. I will try to keep up with your comments and help you through from this site. Let me know if you need anything.

  9. #9 Scott Gandee says:

Thanks. I’m not familiar with Paltalk. Will the sessions be archived somewhere so I can access them later?

  10. #10 admin says:

Scott, there are not archeived. We don’t record them. They are informal “after class” discussions where students can ask questions about the class, interact with one another, and digg a little deeper into the subject.

  11. #11 Scott Gandee says:

Mr. Curious here. 10 hours of “community time” is an hour a week and I feel confident I can put at least that much time in on here in lieu of Paltalk but…how do YOU keep track of what an hour of community time is? Do you look at the number of entries, the length of entries, etc. to judge how much time is spent here? I want to make sure that we are on the same page and, is time spent in the forum counted toward community time?

    Thanks.

  12. #12 michaelp says:

Scott, ultimately, you will have to keep track of your community time. At then end of the semester you will report whether or not it was complete.

  13. #13 Luke Benson says:

I am just wondering if we are using the same forums on the old TTP site to do introductions and posting discussion questions and such? I went to the B&H section of this and didnt see any where to post. I can’t seem to log-in either.

  14. #14 michaelp says:

No, you just post your discussion questions under the main post each week. You don’t need to login. You can post without logging in. I just have to approve everyone once and then you are good. You have already been approved so you are good.

  15. #15 michaelp says:

Also, there is a place for general discussion called the Foyer.

  16. #16 Joseph Jolly says:

Once the quizzes are graded how is the student notified of their grade?

  17. #17 michaelp says:

Carrie will contact you and let you know.
